Yes. All products are sourced from trusted suppliers and go through quality checks before shipping.
3. Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, we allow guest checkout. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders.
4. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Currently, we do not accept wholesale or bulk orders.

Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you ship all over Pakistan?
Yes, we ship to all cities across Pakistan.
2. Which courier services do you use?
We ship orders through PostEx and Leopards Courier.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–7 working days.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 2000.
5. How can I track my order?
Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped. You can also check tracking on the courier’s website.
Payment
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit cards, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfers (HBL & Meezan Bank).
2. Is Cash on Delivery available for all orders?
Yes, but COD is only confirmed after a verification call.
3. Are there any extra charges for COD?
No, there are no extra COD charges.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (unboxing video required).
2. Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays a return shipping fee of Rs. 200.
3. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to the original payment method or bank account.
